SeaRenergy achieves stage 3 of the Safety Culture Ladder

As one of the first companies in Germany, SeaRenergy successfully implemented the Safety Culture Ladder into its organization. TenneT introduced this new safety certification to the offshore wind industry as a tool to further increase safety awareness and enhance safety culture within the organization. SeaRenergy has already been working on a high safety standard before and has achieved 741 LTI free days until today. With a high level of safety awareness as an integral part of its company culture, SeaRenergy managed to step up directly to stage 3 of the Safety Culture Ladder.

We are proud that the Lloyd Register on behalf of the NEN acknowledged our efforts to make safety awareness part of the DNA of SeaRenergy over the last 8 years”, Dr. Benjamin Vordemfelde, Managing Director of SeaRenergy said, “with the Safety Culture Ladder we now have a tool to measure the safety awareness of our team, which will help us to improve the all over safety not only on TenneT projects but in the offshore wind industry in general.”
