Wiesbaden, Germany, May 24 2018 – VITRONIC, a global leader in industrial machine vision, will expand its presence in the Indian photovoltaics market. At the start of 2018, the German SME with headquarters in Wiesbaden formed a strategic sales partnership with the Indian company IMC. This new partnership will strengthen VITRONIC’s presence in Asia. Together the two companies will focus on marketing fully automatic optical inspection solutions for the entire spectrum of photovoltaics production. India has seen dynamic growth in recent years representing the third largest market for system installations in the world.
IMC was founded in 1975 with headquarters in Mumbai, along with other locations in Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune. The company is well established in the market with 25 years of experience in the photovoltaics industry and has a broad customer base that includes all world-leading photovoltaics manufacturers.
