Solar-Log™ debuts at the SNEC 2017 and wins its first awards in China

Solare Datensysteme GmbH (SDS) has been active in China with its subsidiary since the end of 2016. SDS is off to a good start in China with a successful appearance at the SNEC PV Power Expo 2017 in Shanghai where the company won two awards.

The first appearance at the SNEC PV Power Expo for SDS, manufacturer of the Solar-Log™ energy management system and developer of the Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ online portal, was a resounding success. Visitors to the stand were impressed by the intelligent Solar-Log™ technologies, the efficiency, and benefits that the systems provides installers and PV plant operators.

SDS was distinguished by the “Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association” with the “APVIA Award” for the extensive and professional support that the Solar-Log™ team provides.

The “Gigawatt Gold Award” was presented to SDS by the SNEC PV Power Expo for the quality of Solar-Log™ in the area of PV monitoring. This quality results from the Solar-Log’s immediate detection and reporting of malfunctions at PV plants. Thus energy yields can be ensured to the greatest possible extent.

Steve Cheung, General Manager of Solar-Log™ China, says, “Our activities in the Chinese PV market are extremely well received. This was demonstrated by our presentation at the SNEC PV Power Expo 2017 in Shanghai. The discussions were great and the people were enthusiastic. We were, of course, rather proud of winning the APVIA Award and the Gigawatt Gold Award. We are very honored by this recognition.”
