Oxford PV intends to place up to 62.29 million of Meyer Burger shares in accelerated bookbuilding procedure


Following the announcement on 21 March 2019 regarding the contemplated acquisition of a stake of up to 18.8% of capital in Oxford Photovoltaics Limited (Oxford PV) by Meyer Burger Technology Ltd (SIX Swiss Exchange: MBTN) against the issuance of up to 62.29 million new Meyer Burger registered shares from its authorised capital, Oxford PV has informed Meyer Burger that it launched an accelerated bookbuilding procedure for its up to 62.29 million new Meyer Burger shares. The final number of shares to be issued by Meyer Burger to Oxford PV will be announced upon completion of the bookbuilding procedure.
