Meyer Burger receives antitrust clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office in conjunction with its takeover of Roth & Rau AG

Meyer Burger Technology Ltd [Ticker: MBTN] published today that the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) gave its antitrust clearance for the takeover of Roth & Rau AG and associated merging of the two companies.

Peter Pauli, Chief Executive Officer of Meyer Burger Technology Ltd, said: “We are very pleased that the Federal Cartel Office came to their decision so quickly. This concludes a further step in the successful takeover of Roth & Rau AG.”
