centrotherm photovoltaics to change its name to centrotherm international


Blaubeuren, June 12, 2017 – centrotherm photovoltaics AG is operating under the new name of centrotherm international AG from today. With the entry in the commercial register, the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2017 is legally effective.

„centrotherm continues to progress and with the company also our business areas. In addition to the photovoltaic and semiconductor industry, we also intend to serve other industry sectors with our production solutions“, emphasized Jan von Schuckmann, CEO of centrotherm. „Customers from other sectors should also benefit from our core competencies in thermal processes and system building. This should already be reflected in our company name“, Jan von Schuckmann continued.
