Cargostore cements focus in exceeding customer service with new web shop and 24/7 number


Cargostore has always focussed on exceeding customer service expectations, which is why a new 24 hour phone answering service and web shop for replenishable container supplies was part of its recent website update.

“As a global company, we understand that many of our customers and clients need to get in touch outside of London working hours and we intend to be available at all times.“ says Cargostore Managing Director, Justin Farrington Smith.

The 24/7 telephone service provides round-the-clock support for anyone calling in; be it for messages, requesting quotations, or for other general inquiries. The web shop has provided a convenient way for existing customers to easily purchase online and cut ordering time to a minimum. This is particularly useful for clients who need supplies in a limited time frame. Slings, tarpaulins, twistlocks, absorpoles and other container accessories can be purchased with the click of a button.
