The 7th annual Offshore WIND Conference, to be held on 24 and 25 October 2016 as part of Offshore Energy, will focus on business opportunities and successes in this renewable energy industry and how, together, the industry can reach its potential. A promising future awaits the offshore wind industry as long as we can tap the potential opportunities amongst the challenges that lie ahead. From offshore wind to marine energy. In partnership with EWA the Marine Energy Event will be organised, also during OEEC, on 26 October. This event will bring delegates up to speed with the latest developments in the international marine energy projects, while presenting the evolving trends and export market opportunities of this emerging sector. The Marine Energy Event will also cover various topics related to environmental monitoring, testing infrastructure, and offshore safety and construction. It will seek to address current issues the European, and the international marine energy industry is facing through multiple event sessions. Alongside the marine energy theme OEEC will also host the OTEC symposium on 26 October.
