Annually in San Francisco, Intersolar North America is North America's premier and most comprehensive solar trade event, serving the complete global solar energy supply chain.

The Intersolar North America 2009 exhibition, co-located with SEMICON West, has been significantly expanded to house an expected 400 exhibitors and 15,000 trade visitors and features double the floor space, totaling almost 90,000 net sq. ft. The exhibition continues to focus on photovoltaics, solar thermal technologies and solar architecture, and will feature the latest products and technology breakthroughs and cover up-to-date market developments and trends. Experienced solar industry professionals, technology developers, investors and government officials will all be in attendance.

The conference will also increase its size and program to accommodate 1,600 expected attendees. Beginning one day before the exhibition then running concurrently with it, the conference will address important topics like concentrating technologies, manufacturing technologies, thin film, financing, project planning, installation and governmental policy, through a series of panel discussions, presentations and technical workshops.
